With a historic downtown and small town feel Moorpark offers a peaceful way of life

Moorpark is a city of around 35,000 people, nestled in the valley created by the Arroyo Simi river. The valley runs all the way to the ocean, which means that the city can be a little cooler than some of its neighbors. It has its own city government and school district, Moorpark Unified School District. Moorpark High School was the proud winner of the national academic decathlon for several years.

A quiet town with smaller local restaurants and stores, and on the railway line with access to downtown Los Angeles, Moorpark is popular with commuters.

A little more affordable than some of our local communities, Moorpark offers homes from entry level condos to large luxury estates with ocean views
